By the tower blocks
No trees to bow or grass to sing
Relentless wind
By the tower blocks
No trees to bow or grass to sing
Relentless wind
Following winter
Everywhere new shoots spring
Irrepressibly
Today I will read
The writings of a scholar’s
Erudite thesis
Lavender and pink
How gorgeous the morning sky
Welcoming the day
A glimmer of pink
Spreads across the morning sky
An innocent blush
How luxurious
Growing light, a stretch, a yawn
Slow awakening
We stand at the brink
A precipitous moment
Let me dither here
Now we meet once more
Reconnect through internet
Hands virtually clasped
The smell of people
That unfettered sensation
Olfactory loss
They met through a screen
What a rush of sensations
To anticipate
I dream so I write ..
New Ideas, New Forms
Musings from an insignificant writer
14 hectares of thrills, spills and fun!
A Journal of Poetic Observations
Pictures and Poetry, Picture Poetry
My Journey on the Lonely Road to Deaf Acceptance
