Introspective days
will find me in a garden
talking to the plants
Introspective days
will find me in a garden
talking to the plants
Balanced on a leaf
fleeting thoughts reflected, in
tiny drops of dew
At times my world, is
reflected in a raindrop,
clinging to a twig
Someday you might find
Happiness is slippery
But very hard to hide
After rain how green
the leaves and deep the shadows
in soft morning light
Heavy laden skies
sometimes the day is weary
of lighting the world
The gift of giving
involves receiving but why
a shift in power
Standing in the rain
A cold shower calms the mind
but clutter remains
While we are asleep
trailing silk threads gather dew
weaving magic webs
On a winter’s night
beside a dark lake frost creeps
icy flowers bloom
I dream so I write ..
