When ever before
did social conventions
change so profoundly
When ever before
did social conventions
change so profoundly
Outside on the streets
faces masked, standing apart
we shun the barefaced
People stand in line
bare an arm, holding their breath
waiting for the sting
On the horizon
hopeful clouds are gathering
wind pensively waits
Now I must shower
the morning anticipates
my full attention
Students await in
a dark space to which we will
bring light and colour
A dog greets the day
burying her nose in snow
joyful frosty clouds
Crunchy cereal
hot bergamot scented tea
morning pleasures
Tiniest snowflake
floating on the air, have you
forgotten to fall
Dazzling landscape in
northern lands where winter drapes
beauty, unsurpassed
I dream so I write ..
